I currently build soprano and tenor ukuleles. My aesthetic style is derived from my love of 1920's Martin guitars - clean lines and simple appointments. Wood binding, simple rosettes and a square headstock. I let the sound do talking rather than the bling.
All ukuleles feature:
-Solid wood construction
-Hand carved neck
-Rosewood fretboard and bridge
-Bone bridge and saddle
-French polish shellac finish
-Japanese Snail Shell position markers
-Top quality Gotoh tuners
From there I can make a myriad of modifications to everything from bracing, construction style and appointments.
I have a large stash of wood including Koa, Walnut, European Maple, Myrtle, and Cuban Mahagony. If you would prefer a soft wood top I have Sitka Spruce (straight grained and bearclaw), Alaskan Yellow Cedar, Western Red Cedar, and Redwood.
Prices start at $400 for a basic soprano and $500 for a basic tenor. Prices go up from there based on wood selection and appointments. The same care goes into construction and set-up regardless of how plain or how fancy the ukulele is. Some standard appointment upgrades are:
Wood Binding - Indian Rosewood, Flamed Sycamore or Maple - $100
Wood Purfling - colorful or plain - $50
Soundhole Rosette - $50
Radiused Fretboard - $50
Simple Soundport - $50
I offer a lifetime (mine) limited warranty on all of my ukuleles. This warranty does not cover misuse or mistreatment of the instrument.

My Kasha style instruments feature a finger scoop for easier strumming/picking in the "sweet spot" on a low G tenor ukulele.
I can include a soundport on your ukulele which directs sound towards your ear, making your uke easier to hear in a loud environment.
I'm standing on the donor stump of the tree that supplied the walnut for the ukulele I'm playing.
"Thank you so much for the beautiful handmade ukulele with my father's fishing fly inside. It really means a lot to us and is very special"

"I have been enjoying my uke and trying to practice 2-3 times a week. I even have been taking it on vacation where I practice more at night. ha! Thank you again for your wonderful efforts in making such a beautiful instrument."

Mr. Keith makes the best ukuleles on my block but sometimes I can't hear Bluey when he is using his band saw.
